Hello, Upon arrival to the Anderson Funeral Home in Ayer, I found the vase with the flowers and my name affixed to it. The bouquet looked different compared to the picture you provided for the Arrive in Style product. It has significantly less flowers in it. Namely, it has only one lily and two or three small roses. That's why I am not satisfied with the product delivered by the Sympathy Store team compared to the picture provided in your booklet.

The flowers that arrived arent quiet as nice as those in the photo. 100% of the lilies were still closed, white carnation, pink alstroemeria and eucalyptus filler instead of baby breath or other nicer muted color filler flowers, bright pink roses instead of muted pink, big red bow on the vase did not suit the occasion of a funeral to my taste. It was an OK arrangement, like something I would get at the grocery store for $40. I was expecting a little nicer for over $80. The grieving family liked it, so I guess that is enough. Thank you.

I could not take part physically on the occasion in question and was dependent on something else to express my emotions, something that provided the support, sympathy and respect that I felt to the family during this difficult time that they were going through. Sympathy store was my choice and their services from the ordering process to the following up was so very professional. I felt safe in ordering from them the entire time especially since the order was placed from Sweden where I live and the bouquet was to be delivered at an address in New York. Not only did they gave me a confirmation on what I had ordered, but they also printed all the informatiom and personal message I had written in the confirmation. They also made sure when the delivery was done that I was informed about it in order to make me feel very secure and confident about my purchase. This service was so important to me and I am very thankful that they were able to help me out on this difficult occasion. Thank you!

The flowers were beautiful. They did deliver in time and they are good about follow up email to confirm delivery so that's good! Prices are pretty high for small arrangements. Service fee was $20 for down the block delivery. That is just unnecessary especially during a time of grief. Delivery at my preferred florists never exceed $11 and that's to different cities.

Although the customer service person was very nice, they didn’t arrive to the “custom address “ we used the same day like they advertise. We ordered at 9:30AM on a Friday and they didn’t arrive until Monday afternoon. The flowers we ordered are supposed to look like the picture on the website (white lilies and pink roses). The picture my cousin sent to me was a ton of greens and orange roses. Not at all happy with this, paid $87 for a few roses and leaves. Will never order through a website like that again.

I placed an order on a Saturday evening to be delivered to a funeral home on Sunday. The website said weekend deliveries were guaranteed if placed before noon on the same day. I assumed my order was delivered as requested, but then on Monday morning I got a call to inform me it wasn't because they couldn't find any open florists in the area. The family wasn't at the funeral home anymore, so I had to make arrangements for it to be delivered elsewhere. I really wish I had know ahead of time. Despite this, the customer service was good and the flowers were delivered (on Tuesday).

I ordered this arrangement through the funeral home’s website on behalf of family affected by Hurricane Ida who could not attend the funeral service in-person. At a time when florists were unable to be reached directly & flowers were difficult to come by, limitations to exactly what was shown on the website were all anyone could get. This arrangement met two requirements: it contained pink roses (the deceased’s favorite) & was within the budget the family gave me for the purchase. When folks purchase from a distance for a service.. we hope the arrangement is nice. It wouldnt take any extra money or effort to take a pic of the Arrangement upon Delivery and send it via email to the customer. So can I recommend it .. I dont know because I dont actually know what was delivered. I know when I ordered 2o minutes later I received an email saying your order was delivered which I know is physically impossible and then 3 minutes later I received another email saying my order wasnt going to be delivered on the day I asked. It was going to be delivered the next day so it could be "fresher". When I called to double check this I was told OH your order was delivered.. and I said what about the email that said it wasnt. When she double checked, It wasnt delivered and the florist was closed so she couldnt call until the next day. The girl I spoke to was sweet and polite and professional so Points for that!

I ordered “Arrive In Style” FLOWERS for my deceased friend, on the picture it was beautiful pale pink roses with white lilies and couple of white mums. And the arrangement was in a glass vase. What I got was 3 bright pink roses and a bunch of pink mums with some kind of long flower sticking up in the back. (Just awful) AND TO MAKE IT EVEN WORSE, IT CAME IN A CHEAP BASKET!!! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN. TOOK $70 AND PUT IN UGLY FLOWERS. I GUESS THEY ARE LIKE EVERY OTHER STORE. WHAT A RIP-OFF OF THE CONSUMERS MONEY. IT AMOUNTED TO $99 FOR A CHEAP ARRANGEMENT.

I was not able to see the actual flowers delivered and have not yet been able to speak with the people who attended. However, I appreciated the company contacted me to let me know that, because of volume of deliveries on Valentine's day, they would be delivering the flowers the morning of the service. And they let me know as soon as the flowers arrived which was before the visitation. I much appreciated their keeping me informed. Thank you.

I ordered the premium flowers, when I saw my flowers at the viewing of my friend I was so embarrassed!! They looked thrown together and sparse! I wanted to take a picture to show but I just couldn't be that disrespectful. I think I will call a florist directly so that they are accountable for their product.

The beautiful flower arrangement arrived the next day to the house which was what I wanted and needed done, because the day before was a holiday and the next day was the funeral. I was contacted in the afternoon the day after I ordered them and was told the flowers arrived and were so beautiful. Thank you so very much for all your help to make this happen.

This was not what I ordered,,,,I felt ripped off,,,,these flowers cost me over 90.00 and I was embarrassed to say they were from me and my family. I apologized to the family that I sent them to,,all that arrived at the wake was a small glass with around 7 stems of flowers......I do not recommend using this company too anyone,,,WHAT A RIP OFF,,,THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELF,,,,,ALL I WILL SAY IS BUYER BEWARE !!!!!!!

The flowers pictured look beautiful, but the actual flowers delivered were not nearly as nicely arranged or as many. I saw a picture of the flowers that were delivered, it looks like a poor version of what I bought. Disappointed.
